We're back from a great winter break as a family, and now I could not be more excited for everything coming up in the spring. Matthew has a CLE in California, so I am super excited to spend some time with him out in Laguna Beach, of course spring break is around the corner, our sweet Golden retriever will be three (yay for being out of the puppy phase), and Caroline will be double digits! How can I possibly have a daughter who will be ten!?! All moms can agree, it absolutely flies by and no one can tell you how you wake up one day and just like that have an almost ten year old! Well, that is not the last you'll hear of Caroline turning ten, but you know how kids start talking about their birthday way before the month (Her birthday is not until May 6th, but this has been our bedtime conversation the last few nights). Last year we did a quick family trip, and may opt for that again this year; however, I read the sweetest post on birthday ideas by Lee at Do Say Give and started thinking of other ideas. You should check out the post...One of my favorites was "Dress Like Your Mom" costume party, but somehow I don't think Caroline will go for that for her tenth! She might if I order some of these stylish pieces below.....here are my favorites so far for spring, with lots more to come over the next few weeks! See what you think! /one/ Loving this pair of tortoise sunglasses and loving the price too!
/two/ I'm all about a cute white dress that can be dressed up or down. This would be so cute with leopard slides or stylish tennis shoes! Either way this is a closet staple!
/three/ How fun is this bikini and the fact it is full booty makes it a win!
/four/ I am always attracted to white eyelet, especially little dresses like this you can wear all spring and summer, from the grocery store, to the pool, to a casual date night. I'm getting this one before it sells out!
/five/ I've had my eye on this cute little top for a while and now that it is on a website listing it over 50% off, I think I'll finally have to order it! It will look adorable with jeans in the spring and transition to shorts in the summer!
/six/ These Alice and Olivia jeans are the perfect amount of crop and flare for cute flats and tennis shoes in the spring. The sale price makes them even better and I love the lighter wash for warmer temps!
/seven/ I loved this little bag the instant I saw it online. How gorgeous is this color and I love the shape with tortoise detail! Such a perfect little date night or luncheon bag!
/eight/ Tennis shoes are definitely having a moment. I never thought I would wear tennis shoes with skirts and dresses and over half of the week, that is what I change into after workout wear. I love the elevated look of these with the glitter....my girls will love it if I order these!!
/nine/ How cute are these pool slides?? I love anything with ricrac and ruffles! These are perfection!
/ten/ I love anything with a platform and these are so comfortable, plus the woven leather makes these look way more expensive than they really are! Just got these in today and I know I'll be rotating these in a lot!
/eleven/ This is a perfect parka to throw on in the mornings for school drop off to look pulled together, but also perfect for those chilly spring break nights!
/twelve/ Ahhh, I love a basic sweater and in one of my favorite colors - even better!! Plus this one is on major sale, so think fast!
/thirteen/ This is my favorite shade of blue (the shade of blue I used for Sarah's sweet nursery four years ago) and I'm enjoying collecting sweet, fun bags right now.
/fourteen/ LEOPARD!! How can I list a favorites collage without listing something leopard? I just love it with everything...and I never ordered this oh so popular pair of shoes in gold last spring and summer (which is back out this year), but I'm thinking I'll skip the gold and go straight to wearing these leopard heels with everything! Why not?!
