Ski Style: Après Ski Chic

A look at my top picks to pack in this picture . . .

This is my dream ski vacation packing list …. I have more to add later in the post, but wanted to show you what I would order first. These really are the only two pairs jeans / leggings you need, and both can be dressed up OR down. Versatile items are key when it comes to packing for ski trips because of the obvious … the shear amount of must have items, not to mention how bulky everything is for the slopes! With that said, you don”t want to skimp on style just because everything takes up a lot of space.

/one/ This Lela Rose Pearl sweater is the ultimate ski resort sweater. With the classic color scheme, the fringe on the sleeves, and the gorgeous fair isle around the neck, this sweater is a perfect addition to your winter wardrobe to pull out year to year. /two/ This beauty is a classic and you are sure to win a “most fashionable” award in this sweater. /three/ How pretty are the colors in this sweater? I’m always craving bright, happy colors in the winter and this one checks the box for that need. /four/ I love a boxy, warm basics to pack that can be dressed up or down. I love the boxy fit of this one for a front tuck and this is sure to be a super chic look with the leather leggings and the right accessories, like these earrings and these gloves. /five/ I love winter whites and I love the price of this sweater even more. It evens out some of the other splurge worthy items and I would add a pop of color, like these gorgeous green earrings.

This shearling purse is to die for! I think I can justify this purchase knowing the girls will want it one day, right?! This furry clutch is so easy to pack and reminds me of a pink one my dear friend gave a few years back I still pack to take out west. I LOVE these earrings to wear with jeans and this fun wool hat, or with a high ponytail to show them off! These jeans are a cult favorite and these leather leggings are gorgeous and look great with all five sweaters, but really any sweaters you plan to pack.

I ordered these boots last week and they came in today (in time for the bitter cold here) and I am in LOVE, but I also found these under $200.00 boots after creating the collage above. At under $00.00, these shoes are perfect for running around with your kids in the snow. Then, as for really upping your style game for mountainside, focus on the accessories (I just ordered these), take big sunglasses like these, and this adorable hat for the skating rink! Oh, and I love the idea of taking these bangles because they’ll look great for drinks, but fit nicely under a cozy coat.

more pieces to mix & match to pack . . . .
