Wednesday Weekly Edit

Hi there, I'm talking weeknight recipes today.  I think we can all agree it's easy to get stuck in a weeknight ~ school night rut of what to make for dinner.  I have my couple of go to recipes that I'm sure my family gets a little tired of, especially this time of year when it's freezing and I'm more focused on running around to practices and lessons during the after school rush.  With that said, it's important for me to cook something healthy most nights and having the four of us around our dinner table at night really is the most important part of our day.  We all look forward to our family dinnertime!  I've found three easy recipes to share....and I stress EASY, just the way I like it when it comes to cooking!  Click on the recipe title to take you right to the recipe!

As for a dose of pretty, here are my favorite cookbooks.  Not only to cook from, but beautiful to have on the kitchen counter!
