Troop Beverly Hills

IMG_3795.jpg

It’s safe to say Troop Beverly Hills is one of the best girl classic movies of our time! I mean, I don’t think when I looked it up, Rotten Tomatoes agrees with my assessment, but as for my taste - I LOVE this movie! Shelley Long is just hilarious and the fashion is reason enough to watch it! Should we bring back shoulder pads on a regular basis? I think so! The girls and I watched this movie over the weekend and Sarah asked to watch it again on Sunday just to see the clothes! I probably never would have let Caroline watch this movie at 6 years old, but Sarah loved it and there really are only a few bad words! We enjoyed watching it so much over the weekend, I thought it would be fun to pull together a Troop Beverly Hills shopping guide! Enjoy! XOXO

  1. I love this pink and white tee pee that seems fit for a princess in the wilderness. 2. This pink popcorn popper is perfect for all girly sleepovers. 3. This is one of the best coffee table books. I love the page to page inspiration and highly recommend. 4. The girls have this nightgown and it is beyond precious. I think Phyllis Nefler would approve of this sweet nightgown at her troop sleepovers. 5. How cute is this cotton candy maker? I think this takes any sleepover to the next level! 6. These over the top, gorgeous pajamas remind me so much of the scene when Phyllis checks the girls into the Beverly Hills Hotel. Plus, these pajamas are just perfection! 7. I have this Troop Beverly Hills sweatshirt and LOVE it! I ordered from this exact Etsy shop and it is so soft and has held up so well! 8. This hat is perfect to keep the sun out of your face while earning all of those Girl Scout patches, or just at the pool! 9. These baroque earrings caught my eye! They’re on sale and just stunning! 10. I love this Beverly Hills Manners book. I think manners are worth earning a patch for, right? 11. I would wear this khaki dress if I were a troop leader (seriously)! Side note, I only made it half a year in Brownies when I was in first grade because I said brown was not my color. No joke, and I could not stay in if I was “not proud” to wear my uniform. I stayed in because my parents never let us quit anything, but I definitely did not sign up the next year for that reason! Funny to think about….maybe I would have stayed in if only the uniforms had been pink! 12. These sunglasses are fabulous and look like a Beverly Hills housewife’s dream! 13. I think we would only need 14 more of these duffles to equal what Phyllis packed for the first campout with her troop! I’ll just stick with my one for now. 14. These pink earrings are so feminine and adorable to go out and sell Girl Scout cookies, or just wear to lunch with the girls. 15. Oh, and this dress is the best! I have it and it is a showstopper, just like all the fabulous dresses throughout the movie!
