Summer, Please Slow down … & the Only 4th of July Sales You Need to Know
How is it already the Fourth of July?
Every year I wait so patiently for summer to arrive, dreaming of slower mornings, later dinners outside, pool days, beach trips, and making memories with my family. Then somehow, in what feels like the blink of an eye, we’re already celebrating Independence Day. As much as I love this holiday, it always serves as a little reminder that summer is going far too fast!
So this weekend, I’m making a conscious effort to slow down. To stay a little longer by the pool. Watch the fireworks through the kids eyes. Eat the extra scoop of ice cream (cold desserts are my weakness). Put my phone away a little more often and soak up these moments that always seem to disappear before we’re ready.
Of course, if you’re anything like me, your inbox is overflowing with Fourth of July sales. Every retailer claims to have, “the best sale of the year,” and honestly, it can feel way more overwhelming than exciting. That’s how I felt about Amazon PrimeDay, so I just shut down and did not post. Instead of scrolling through dozens of e-mails or spamming your instastories, I thought I’d do a round up of only the sales I am shopping too.
Whether you’re refreshing your summer wardrobe, shopping ahead for back-to-school, or finally purchasing something you’ve had sitting in your cart, now is great time to save! (If you’re my mom ~ you’re already Christmas shopping)!

Favorite Sales of the Weekend
Starting with a favorite, you all know I LOVE shopping Shopbop! Funny story, Matthew gave me a Diane Von Furstenberg silk dress for our 4th anniversary, which would have been around the time Shopbop was just getting started. I’ve loved ordering from Shopbop ever since and Matthew may regret introducing me to the shopping site, but here we are (and we know I would have found it eventually)! I linked 20 AWESOME sale finds, many of which I already own and cannot believe they are still in stock! This clutch is such a conversation starter and I have really enjoyed it! These jeans are a purchase you’ll be so glad you ordered on sale when fall comes around. This dress has been on my wishlist, but this one is a stunner and they have all sizes!

Roller Rabbit Sale Finds
Last up are a few good finds on My Theresa. I’ll add more as the weekend goes along and they add more to sale, but two of my favorite brands I buy on this website have a few pieces worth linking. I love Poupette St. Barth pieces in the summer and of course, I love Zimmerman! It hardly ever goes on sale, but this stripe set is adorable!

This shell necklace is on sale with a buy more, save more and I have had mine for two years and still reach for it all throughout the summer! It’s so good! I just ordered this one to add to my shell jewelry obsession!
A few more notable sales I’m shopping . . . THIS is the best under eye brightener. I am obsessed. I don’t like concealer because it gets in fine lines, but I love the way this makes me looked super rested and younger. Before I put this under my eyes, I use THIS for a lightweight look in the summer. It’s the only foundation I use for smooth complexion and the no makeup, makeup look. Everything on Nicola Bathie’s website is 35% off!! I get so many of my bubble necklaces from her and I also love THESE sun and moon earrings. They are such a statement with any outfit all year long.
